Yeah, when I fought against thrawn/demo la, I found a great counter to repeated loni attacks. As a result, I won in round 5. Woohoo.

I'm in. Keep in mind that, like Mini-T, one can sustain Bombastic and the other pops for the entirety of a round. Mini-T's actually quite weak considering that one (namely, I) could throw thousands of Zaps during a round, yielding the same effect.

That was one funny match. I must have sent some 10 flower attacks at you. I just wanted to see your reaction to it. Also, all those flower attacks lags up the system quite badly.

Actually, I consider that to be the single best game I've played; it went into round 5, and was a VERY close game. Must rematch at some point...

Stormraven is extremely gracious to forfeit this first round of the tournament to myself. From what I've seen, he's quite the excellent player. To speak to fairness, just two days ago, I did beat him several times in casual matches. So... me coming out on top is not unrealistic.
Also, on an unrelated note, I'd like to appologize to everyone who has had the misfortune to play me the last five days or so. My keyboard had an unpleasant encounter with a full glass of coca-cola. The fizzy carmel colored confection made the previously pristine keyboard pretty much unusable. The only thing I could type with any accuracy was the word 'yup' and hit the enter key. Banging on the keyboard with impassioned fury didn't help much... It was most frustrating make people think of me as rude when I had no way of assauging their fears. Thankfully, with a two button mouse, I could play pop-pop as devestatingly brilliant as usual.
I'm currently using a PC (of all the horrors) to post this message but should have my mac up and running in short order. I look forward to whomever I match up with in Round 2. (note to Thok... if you'd like me to play Zealous Cloud since he hadn't had a partner in round 1, I'd be completely open to that).
