Hmmm, I'll give this a try. I've alpha and beta tested numerous Escape Velocity and Override plugins, but I've yet to test an Ares one. I do believe I know how to catch the annoying bugs, though.

I'm using OS X.1 and also 9.2 for my testing. It is realy fast under OS X.1 even though it is running classic.
That is my setup as well.
Sorry about the disappearance act... I had a lot to do over the past few weeks. I will be sending off beta three this weekend. It includes a few bug fixes and I finally got around to naming all of the planets. The only things left to do now are to write the "You Win" text and put the finishing touches on all of the briefings and prologues.
