How do you take a screen shot in Mac OS X. No there isn't much of a link between my qustion and ares. But it can be used for taking screen shots in ares

I'd reccomend snapz pro X. It's what I use, anyway.

I know I'm new to the ares boards, but there's a much easier way to take screenies in OS X. Just hit command-shift-3, or hit command-shift-4 and specify an area of the screen. The shots will be saved on your desktop.
