Incase no one has answered you yet, then i shall....time depends if you want to be active or not, active means spend time on IRC, making allainces, and talking to fellow galaxy members, that might take up 20+ minutes, if you dont want to be active then maybe 5 minutes per day with a few 10 minute days in there for finding a target. You pretty much play it by typing in a whole a bunch of numbers in blank white slots. Its not that hard to learn, but the hard part comes from Newbie-Bashers and big guys that pick on little guys. So far i estimate over 3000 poeple play it but im not sure, i heard alot of Ares poeple and EV poeple play it.
