My absence in the last couplea months has been without explaination and I think its well about I announce this.
I am resigning from this great and beloved game. Although it has been fun to play on Gameranger for all that time, I must say that I'm moving on to other things. I used to be an avid player of this game, but the past months I haven't played Ares at all and on seldom occasions I have come to this webboard. I believe this justifies my removal of my title of moderator, as I have not been on this board frequently enough to moderate it. I only hope that you all can find a responsible replacement for me, and I hope that all the things that have been worked for in the past stay alive and succeed.

Sad to see an old-timer on the webboard leave, but if you feel that way, it's a decision only you can make.
We'll have to have a look around for a new moderator, but then again no two moderators ever are the same, so enjoy yourself, and I hope to see you around some time in the future.

Maybe I'll reapply for moderator then, if the position is open. Andrew, I hope you still have my resume.
My opinion on the matter, as a presently active moderator, is that both Slug and Newt are good candidates for the position, having been around (hmmm... Longer than me, actually). I can see myself working with either of them in the future.
Well, all applications for moderatorhood should be emailed directly to Andrew, but only when he announces it. Please be patient, folks.

Even though i've barely played against you or talked to you at all i still know you were a good ares player and moderator. I think i speak for everyone by saying it's a shame to see somebody with alot of talent and leadership leave ares. So bye vegeta
