I cant find the high berglum place! I even looked it up in the Tree of Learning and nothing came out. Could anyone please tell me where it is?

"Upper," when used in place names, can mean one of two things. Upper Berglum is either to the north of Berglum or on higher ground than Berglum (or perhaps both.)
When this question has been asked here before I've said that nearsighted people have an easier time finding a way to Upper Berglum than others because they look more closely.
