Fix issues with EVNEW and picts.
Here's the topic that showed me how.
Apparently there is something in QT that doesn't like us PC users. Anyway, to fix the problem with EVNEW not opening picts, simply open QT, goto Edit>Preferences>Quick Time Prefs, select the Advanced tab, and select the Safe Mode(GDI Only) button under the Video section. Click Apply, close QT and try opening pict files with EVNEW. If it doesn't work try opening QT again before using EVNEW. If it still doesn't work then I don't know what is wrong.
