Bring back Old, closed EV websites

Have you ever gone to the wblinks page here, gone to a graphics link (eg.Ewans lair, dreamwave shipyards, etc.), and find it not working?

If you:
a. know who runs it
b. have old files from those websites*
c. have a comment about some of those downed websites

then this is the board for you

You’re mixing up your legal arguments. Since most of the content to which you’re referring was released under conditions that allowed it to be redistributed, it is therefore probably legal for people to post it, but it certainly has nothing to do with whether they’re Canadian or not. Though Canadian copyright law hasn’t matched the absurdities practised in some other countries, it still exists, and gives its full protection even to files posted on the Internet; if you’ve been told otherwise, I suggest you find a new layer.
