If you use ResBundle, it just keeps spinning its wheels, trying to open the data fork.
If you use ResourceFork, the following error message pops up:
The 'dsig' resource ID = 128 could not be saved because the resource could not be opened. Do you want MissionComputer to try again?
By the way, the file is a plug (Windows or Mac, I am not quite sure) that was zipped, then sent as an attachment from a Hotmail account to a Lycos Mail account. It was then unzipped with Stuffit Expander 7.0 on a Mac running Mac OS 10.2.8.
I am trying to be as detailed as possible for the benefit of David Authur.
In what way is it that this plug-in is damaged?
It would be convenient if the direct download link were included in the first post of the next release topic, I spent a good while looking through the thread until I found the actual download.
I don't know how it is damaged. I think what has happened is either (if it was a Mac plug-in) the resource fork was lost, but the file was not, or (if it was a Windows plug-in) the RES data was lost, but the file was not.
Sorry I could not be much more helpful.
