EV Nova: weap resource question...

I hope this is not totally useless, and if it is, my apologies for needlessly topping this post. However, as I understand it, the root problem seems to be that Angel is trying to allow the same fighter bay to launch a more advanced fighter. If that's the case, then a more elegant solution exists. You could simply set the fighter bay to allow a different outfit to be purchased (e.g. Mk.II Fighter Retool), which, when purchased, would take away one Mk.I Fighter Bay and give the player a Mk.II Fighter Bay. You could only get the retool option if you had outstanding Mk.I Fighter Bays. Then it could either be a nominal upgrade fee, or free. Hope that helped just a little bit. For any other circumstance, Guy's method is obviously better.
