Where is thisb fellar ? I'm walking around his house but all I encounter are 3 doves... When I try to drink his favorite cider on the spot I drop it..., leaving it behind , hoping he will get out of his house, it disappears when reentyering the screen, when drinking it I end up near Gidolan (?) What should I do next ? Thx already

Well, if Chazwit brought out a couple of ciders (one for you and one for Loogor) then he also gave you a set of tools in a small bag. You probably put them in your inventory already. This must be your first experience with fermented cider, you don't even remember doing that. Look in your inventory list and you will find a bag of tools. Now look in your quest scroll and it will tell you to take the tools to Loogor. Simple, huh?
Now about the cider, you don't have to drink it. You can pick it up and put it back into your inventory if you wish. Try not to drop it again, I'm not sure if the vial will take the stress of another fall.
Chazwit has finished his business with you. He gave you the tools and a present and has now gone back to work. You'll meet up with him again later.
BTW, those are chickens running around on the grass. Doves would be up in the trees.
