Alien government won't attack

I have added an alien group to my plugin and I wanted them to attack everyone so I set the xenophobic flag in the govt resource. It didn't work. I then tried adding government class numbers in the enemy classes boxes but it still didn't work. At this point I am getting a little upset since I want to move on but can't. Am I just forgetting something or has EVNEW gone screwy on me?

First, What version of EVNEW are you running?
Second, Create a debuglog.txt and put it in your Nova folder. Post what pops up on there after you load the game with you new plugin.
Third, Check to see if your using a gov't class that hasn't bee used yet. Try 100 or 101 or something. That could be the problem.

You probably could model your gov't after the mauraders "gov't"

I am using EVNEW 1.0.4 and the alien govt class is the same as its govt ID which is 203.
I didn't see anything about the govt having problems in the debuglog but I will post it anyway.
PLEASE NOTE: This log shows how I cut corners and it also shows incomplete things as well as a couple things from removed plugins.

The aliens attack enemy govt's just fine but they won't attack civilians like I want. I just can't figure out how to make this work.

Hmm, I knowticed on my gov't as well that the only attack you. I changed my gov't class to the mauraders class. I also knowticed that their maximum odds is 175, which might be why they always attack everything. So check your gov'ts maximum odds and see if that might be the problems. If it isn't i might have a few more ideas soon... 😄
