Hi, I just finished puting four ships into a plug I'm making (using Mission comp. and Resedit with nova tools) but when I fly one, I can't buy any outfits that my plug doesn't add. I did add a gövt and the ships are from that gövt, if that's the problem.

This is a common problem.

What's usually causing this is a lack of proper contribute bits on your ships. Each ship should contribute "bit 1", in the ship resource.

Most of Nova's outfits require at least "bit 1", with items that need licenses requiring a few others as well.
