I remember how in EVC (Classic) I could plunder fighters from carriers to add to my own extending beyond the maximum limit. In Override that was never possible and it led me to believe that it was a feature that was removed from that game. However only recently when I was working out some bugs from FOTVE (Fall of the Voinian Empire) when I was trying to capture an Emalgha battle wagon to use as my escort, when to my surprise I found "4 Emalgha fighters" in the plundering log.
How is this possible? Can someone shed a light on this subject? Is there something about able to plunder fighters I should know about?

I haven't done any experimenting but I can suggest some conditions that may be necessary for fighters to be plundered: 1. The ship you are plundering must have fighters on board at the time you board it. 2. Your ship must have a bay for that type of fighter. 3. The total number of that type of fighter you currently own (either on board or deployed) must be less than the maximum.
