where is resedit?

Ok, I want to start developing plugins and all the links in the faqs/readme's I've searched, the link to the site with resedit hasn't worked. I've checked many many FAQ and readme's, please help me! if you can, I would appretiate it if you e-mailed it to me or gave me a link that works, or something!

Are you using Mac Os X? If so, (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/webboard/Forum9/HTML/005078.html")here(/url)'s a good topic for you.
Otherwise, if you have mac os 9, Resedit is very easy to find.
