Is anyone playing Damsels without Trinity or any other plugs? I'm having a little trouble beating some of the creatures and want to know what weapons other people are using. I finally killed Ratznest's guardians with an elven bow of destruction but it took forever. Now, I'm in a cave with Ice Elementals and I'm finding it next to impossible to get through. I'm using the War Axe of Misery and here are my stats.
Stamina: 238 Armor: 137 Strength: 55 Dexterity: 33 Marksmanship: 37 Speed: 11
Should I work on upping any of them first or, is there a weapon anyone can suggest? Thanks.

I prefer to use the Dwarven Runic Sword with the Lillith Shield because it will add 20 pts. to your armor. But the real answer to getting through that cave may be getting up to the next level and increasing your stamina. Those creatures hit hard and can wipe out 238 health points pretty quickly. The other stat that I'd work on is strength. The greater the strength, the fewer hits it takes to kill them. Since you are not using Trinity, there are no better weapons than either the Runic Sword or the axe you have been using. The axe does more damage but takes two hands to wield.
Suggestion: Put this quest on hold while you go to either the Cyclops Coast or Reefs Island to train for a bit. Build up the experience and spend the proceeds on Kalixa's Elixirs of Strength.

Thanks Rubber Ducky. It became a quest with me to gain vitality points and I ended up with 795. Needless to say, that did the trick. Great plug.

You're most welcome. I assume you mean stamina (or health) points. Vitality points only become important at level-ups. Of course the do increase your stamina at that time. And thank you for the kind words. ~RD
