Kestrel "fix" not upgradeable

I'm the same guy who said he needed help with EVNEW. But I figured enough of it out to make the EVN Kestrel stronger. It is very strong, but not too strong too be cheating. Unfortunately I can't buy any weapons or outfits for it. What's going on?

To elaborate a bit, all ships that you can buy outfits on have that bit checked (it's required on everything except Map, licenses, and Marines, I think). This is to prevent Vell-os ships (which don't have that bit checked) from buying most outfits, since it doesn't make sense to put a Thunderhead bay in a Javelin. (maybe it does, but that's not the way they did it.)

There should be a bunch of boxes you can put checkmarks in by clicking on them. the one you need is the 5th box in the first row in the "contribute" block of boxes.

By the way, your location should say "From: Russia, with love"

A rule of thunmb when modifying something: there are so many things you don't know about at first that, if you want to modify something, it is always better to duplicate the thing you want to change, and make the changes; this avoids this kind of problem.
