new spob defense fleet bug fixed

All-

I was working on an utility this past weekend. In the past, if one created a new spob and tried to dominate that spob with a pilot made before the plugin with the new spob was put into the plugin folder, the new planet would surrender as if it had no defense fleet.

In testing this, I was unable to replicate the described behavior. Can anyone else confirm that the latest version of the EVNgine for Mac is smart enough to give brand new spobs defense fleets regardless of whether a pilot is brand new or not?

Whenever this behaviour changed, it must have been fairly recently. I hadn't noticed it until you mentioned it, but a quick test seems to reveal that it does indeed function as you say.

Matt made some serious changes to the way defense fleets are calculated and called, yes. One of those was a spöb change fix, I think.
