What is the ID for the cargo types in nova. Not the Junk types, but the ones like food and all that?

STR#'s 4000, 4001, and 4002 deal with various aspects of names, and 4003 contains the Food: x tons (the "Food:" part) that show up in the bottom panel of the interface bar thing on the right side of the screen when you buy commodities (not junks) from trade centers.
