I have a superb character level 25, 414 hp ect, with almost every weapon. But when I save, it works fine but when I quit and come back to it later, it has not saved? It allows me to save, but refuses to acually save it.

Have you recently changed your OS? Give more details please. There is nothing in the plugin which inhibits saving, so the problem lies in the application or OS.
P.S. Why do you want to lug around a hundred different waepons? Pick three or four you like and sell the rest.

The only time I know of this happening is in OS X 10.2 (Jaguar). And then there is a workaround.

My experience is that when I get a lot in inventory it starts to slow the game down a bit. And are you using all those plugins at once? I'd lighten up that list some too.
