Help Me Plz

I have just got EVNEW and im having problems creating ships. The problem is that after i have created my ship and i land on a planet and try to out fit my ship with weapons or anything NOVA wont let me buy anything that is not a plug-in. I haveset the gun and turret level and i have added weapons with the weapon 1 and it works but i would realy like to know how to outfit my ship in the game. Plz be spicific. and if any one knows any good guides for EVNEW plz post them

As I recall, contribute bit A5 needs to be checked in the shďp resource in order for the ship to be capable of carrying most weapons in Nova.
