According to the PoG Walkthrough and earlier messages on the boards here, the final quest in Spells Expander is supposed to be called Earth-friend, and at the end of it you get the Staff of Lordship. I have played Spells Expander several times now and gotten the Staff of Lordship, but naver had to do a quest call Earth-friend. Was the quest just never included in the plugin? Or do you have to talk to somebody to start it?

The quest is to obtain and use the Ritual of Evoke Life which you have done. In the Walkthrough, these are merely descriptive titles for which Stark has yet to fill in the descriptions. The work is not complete nor is it 100% accurate though it is excellent. It is a guide, but it is not a bible. In other words, use it for what help it can give you but don't swear by it. ~RD

The quest for the staff of lordship is the earth-friend quest. I probably typed up the WaC entry after re-reading the Thomas Covenant novel series. heh.

The Unbeliever, eh? I just noticed this post re Covenant. I've also enjoyed these novels...am curious if that is where your name may have originated??? I can't remember all the characters in his series. (Being old and senile shrugs) Don't know why Berek Halfhand sticks in my mind, though!

Yep. That is where the idea of the Ritual of Desecration comes from, as well as various names in the plug-in such as "loremaster."

Nope. The name was completely created by me at complete random. I needed a name for a character in a game I was playing(and I always hate naming characters. I get too preoccupied with finding the "right" name), and after probably 2-3 minutes of staring at the screen trying to come up with a name, I came up with "Stark Bledfast." Sounded good so I used it.

Yep, Berek Halfhand. Kevin Landwaster. Saltheart Foamfollower. And of course, Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever, Ur-Lord and white gold wielder.
It's definitely a good, if not twisted, series.
