So a while back there was that topic about the capture odds formula and people were making nice little web apps and stuff, but I thought they all had one problem that needed resolving: You had to open another app to look up the numbers.
Capture Odds v 2.0 correctly calculates your capture chances including all the escort and odd booster data. Plus it allows you to quickly select any ship in EV: Nova and have its numbers ready for calculating, no more having to pop open a separate utility to find the numbers you need! And finally Capture Odds allows you to specify your own ships and corresponding data, great for all those TCers out there. It should be submitted to that addons section tomorrow and of course I'll provide a link for those who don't want to wait. For now I'll leave you with a pic of its nice interface.

Do you have to input all the crew sizes manually or can you select the type of ship and it'll input those values automatically?

Thanks. Of course its also good for just changing or extending EVN and seeing how well ships will perform.
Oh, and an update on adding in menus for escorts. I first tried to just duplicate what I had done with the other menus but found that going from 2 menus to 8 made the start up time about 4 times longer. So I've devised a way around that. As long as you want to use the Nova defaults it will start up quickly not taking the time to build custom menus. But if you use your own data it will do what it always now. I just got it up and running again and should have the update out tomorrow.
