PICT anomaly

As I was browsing the Nova Titles files, looking for something that wasn't there, I noticed something strange in PICT 10048 (of one of those Polaris listening post thingies). What's that ship in the top right? Thanks for your help!

This probably isn't the best board for this topic. it would be better off on the Nova board.

(edit)
As for the ship, I'd assume it was just another station or something.(/edit)
