Windows to Mac Plug-in Converter

Is there a windows based windows to macintosh plug-in converter available for download? If so, where can I go to download it?

No.
Best bet is to use an emulated mac to run David Arthur's Plug converter, or email it to someone who does have a mac or emu mac and have them convert it.
Atleast now there is a working win->mac converted. Until DA fixed MPC, the only choice was rezconv, which only worked reliably on X (and i recall one person saying it didnt even work on X).
