Making outfitter at Korell and Krypt ID?

This is my first try at plug-in making, and I do this only because I need
this desperately. I am in the Auroran off-shoot mission where you ferry
Vell-os to Korell. I completed it fine, but after I leaved a Krypt attacks
me. I have a Pirate IV Valkyrie, the fastest ship in the game with the
exception of Manta and Dart. I even have the Sigmas, Port and Polish and 4
Matrix Steels. I still get blown up when trying to leave the planet as fast
as possible and then jump. I have even tried Afterburners, but the several
Nanites it manages to launch still kills me. I could land at Korell until no
Krypt appears, but that is too tedious. I want clear my legal status with
the Krypt, if thats what makes it attack me. I can otherwise make the
outfit, but dont remember the ID of government Krypt! And I need to make
Korell have outfitter too. But alas, as this is WinEVN, there is no Nova
Data 4 to copy and paste spob Korell from. I can’t create something I dont
even remember from scratch! There is no data file with Krypt govt either, if
thats where the problem lies. The only reason I can make plug-ins at all on
my PC is because I have downloaded the public beta of EVNEW. I figured IDs
and making planets inhabitated were technical enough to post here, not on
the Nova board. Can somebody tell me the attributes of Korell? I want to
make it exactly same as on a Mac, just add a Outfitter.

Just open up EVNEW, go to File -> Open, and open up Nova Data 1.rez (for governments), Nova Data 2.rez (for spobs) and Nova Data 4.rez (for outfits). They are all in the Nova Files folder in your EVN folder.

 /me slaps self on head. I never looked inside Nova Files folder, I thought Nova.rez was the only one for some weird reason. Now I know how silly I have been. One more question: do Fake IDs reguire some specific Tech Level or is -1 just fine? Licenses do, I checked Azrataxs guide.

The tech level for your outfit should correspond to one of the numbers in your spöb's special tech sections. Or it has to be less than the value of the spöb's primary tech level.

Special tech levels are arbitrary numbers:
If you want Outfit X only available at Spob Y, X can have any tech level as long as Spob Y is the only planet that has that techlevel in it's special tech field, and no planet has a higher number in it's non-special techlevel field. The techlevel could be 39 or 1412 or 9998, as long as it isnt already used.

If you want somethign available everywhere with an outfitter, give it tech level 0 - since the techlevel field of all planets is atleast 0.

The numbers in my tech level guide are the ones chosen by the developers at ATMOS for the stock scenario, but you do not have to follow these unless you, say, want an item available at all fed planets, or all the planets that sell pirate items, or want a spob that would sell outfits already in the game.
