Highest ID numbers

I tryed to search, and didn't find anything, so I'm going to ask this. What is the highest possible oütf ID? And what are those from other resources?

512 outfits maximum (it's at teh beginning of the bible) which is 512 + 127 = 639 is the highest that you are allowed (that or 640, I'm not sure)

ah, but 128 is the first resource, think about it, let's just say #1 was the first resource (not 0), so the highest number is then 512, which is 512+0 = 512, not 512 + 1 = 513. By adding 512 to 128 you do not include 128 as a resource.
