8,9 Polaris Items
10,11 Auroran Items
12 Pirate Items
14 Federation Military ships
15 Rebel Items/ships
16 EMP torpedoes, Pirate ships
17 Auroran Ships, incl enterprise, but not argossy *
18 Polaris Ships, Peaceful
19 Polaris Warships
20 Sigma Upgrades, Sigma ships
22 Polaris Dragon**
31 Wraiths, Hyperoids, and Krypt pods. All have BuyRandom and HireRandom of 0. ***
32 Mod Starbridges
42 Illegal versions of weapons
55 Cheap carbon fiber/jammers
57 Chaep reactors
58 Forged liscense (both working and fed. sting version)
65 Degraded carbon fiber
67 Failing reactors
73 Another forged ES&W; liscense.
77 Drop Bear Repellant
80 Map, Sol, Kel'ar ly only
81 Map, Fed/polaris

Dont know if this is useful to anyone, but here it is. I may be releasing my spreadsheet with this stuff on it in the near future.
Notes:

Note that the Argossy is in a class of it's own, presumably to make it only available in Herran-space - it is the "Herran researched Argossy". Honestly, the ship doesnt say much for the Herran researchers in question.
** Why is this in a class of it's own?
*** "Hello, I would like to buy some Wraiths, Adults if you have em, and a pair of hyperoids." Why arnt these Tech level 9999 or 999?
**** Why do we need three tech levels for stuff you cant get?

Also note that:
44 tech levels = tech levels numbered 1-200 (not including the three ultra high ones, which are that way for a reason

I'm sure plenty of people will be able to use this info, Azratax, at least if they want to do a nice expansion of Nova. You might want to consider putting this in a text file of some sort and posting it to the Guides or Tools sections of Ambrosia's site for people to DL.

Good stuff, but you misspelled Excel in the tech levels text file. You might want to re-upload it with the correction (make sure to make a note in the description for EVula to get rid of the older version).

And yes, I can get to all uploaded files before they reach the add-ons page. We mods are special that way :D.
