So UncleTwitchy, I downloaded the buggy teaser plug (the first version you put on the ev-nova.net forums) a while ago, Is it worth downloading the new one? Have there been any major changes?

I'm working on an update of the one on the ASW Add-Ons page. I would recommend downloading that to mess about with, even if you had downloaded the previous two incarnations. It includes bug fixes and a new ship or two.
