Debuglog bug (well, omision)

I just spent about a half hour trying to figure out why nova crashed when i went into some systems i had just told to have new dudes in them. I checked the dudes, the stellers, the system.... There was nothing in the debuglog at all about the problem... just crashed. Then i realized that the ships that appeared in the dudes (new variants for simulating peace treaty as discussed elsewhere) didnt have associated shan resources. Completely forgot bout those.
The debuglog should flag these, at the very least.
