I have Windows and don't know like open the Resedit editor that is only for MAC

there is someone that work on a windows editor for Ev Nova?

To answer you question, there currently is no editors for EV Nova for Windows. The only option right now is to use ResEdit with an emulator such as Basilisk II. MissionComputer is due to be brought to Windows in the near future.
