A resource editor for Windows

I here you cant make plug-ins on Windows because there is no resource editor for Windows, but within 5 minutes I found one! Now is there some way this program can be used to edit Nova plug-ins?

I dunno if you can make that one mess with EV:N Rez files, I'm just gonna cheat it and power up my mac emulator 🙂

I am Me, you, well I'm not to sure what the hell you are 🙂

Apparently that edits .res files, however, nova uses a custom format, .rez. IIRC, burgerbill and co made this resource format from scratch, and so I doubt that will work.

Those are Windows resources. Windows resources are completely different from Mac resources, and are incompatible. .rez files are incompatible with both 😛
