In Resedit with nova tools for things like cloaking divices and the cloak scanners and other stuff, there is some info (which is appearently some body trying to be helpful) about what values to enter to achieve certain results but they are written in hex which is not how we are supose to enter it in to the field. Can any one explain how to convert the hex? Or is there a website some where that explains it well?
You'ld think if he or she really wanted to be helpfull they'ld have written the numbers the same way they get entered. Maybe they're just sadistic.

And, I must point out, these are not hex (I don't think!)...They're flags. Each flag means something, as our wonderful moderating friend pointed out.
