Refreash plugs

If there is another vertion of EVN, could ATMOS add a way to refresh the plugins so you can change them while EVN is running? Sorry if this has been asked before.

That's a pretty major engine change, so no, it probably will never happen.

Yes, EVN loads all resources into memory during startup (that's why it takes a while). Changing this would require large-scale changes to the code, and as such it isn't going to happen.
