That's what it says on the page, but the 8-bit sprites and shipyard images are free to anyone who wants them I guess. Of course, it would be pretty strange if someone released a plug-in using the old 8-bit Cold Blood sprites, only to have Onyx release better looking ones at a later date in an entirely different plug-in.

Last I'd heard (January) he was re-working the graphics for EVN. Of course, it remains to be seen whether he has continued as such or not. But man, can that dude make some graphically stunning stuff.
Hmm.. Anyone know of his working email?
