Something on those Plug-ins?

I wonder why plug-ins what i 'av downloaded wont work correctly. Example: i downloaded 3d-shield bubbles plug-in and that thing 'avent cauz any effects even i keep it alone in plug-ins folder!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can I help you with two things?
First, it sounds like you have the stuffit 7.0.0 bug. Just update stuffit exspander to 7.0.3, and plugins should unstuff fine. I'm guessing right now the plugins look like a blank document file? They should look like a puzzle piece with tools on it when unstuffed correctly.
Secondly, could you do me and the rest of the board a big favor? AOl speak, or using short hand writing like 'u' instead of 'you' isn't really allowed on this board, and everyone would prefer if you didn't type using shorthand, as it makes your posts far easier to understand and, if you don't take offense, far less annoying to read. Thanks!
Edit: Just to make sure I'm being clear enough and you understand what I was trying to say, here's an example of what your post would look like without shorthand writing:
