As to a browser or an ftp client; what are you using to download? What program are you using right now, internet explorer? Netscape? Safari?
Are you clicking on the links in an attempt to start your download or are you copying the link into another program such as iGetter or fetch?
Also, are you behind a firewall? If so then this would prevent your connection from being able to reach Ambrosia's ftp(download) servers.

i tried using safari AND I.E 5.1 and also if i reach -10 ill register again and if a i cant do that,ill find another forum,and if i cant do that ill make my own forum,aqnd if i cant do that all ill just buy me another comp and register in this forum from that one,you'll never know its me...hehe PS:i dunno wuts a firewall,how to get one,do i have one or how do i turn it on/off...............

This is probably your problem. Do a search on your computer for "firewall" or "norton firewall" or possibly "Mcafee firewall." I have a feeling this is your problem. You need to locate the firewall software and disable it.
Unless you find it/tell us what it is it is difficult to tell you how to shut it off.

Also, once you are banned your IP is logged. If you re-register and continue on in the same manner that got you banned then you will be IP banned and thus unable to visit these boards at all.
If you wish to do the above and then solve it by buying a new computer to register a new account then I'm sure computer vendors will thank you. And whether or not we discover it is you again is a non-issue; if you don't shape up then you will simply be banned again.
It is not a problem to us as it only takes a few moments to do. As opposed to the work required by you. Something to think about.

You don't rate people. You can rate people's plug-ins that they submit by going to the addons page for the respective game, viewing the plug-in, and rating it accordingly by clicking on the "Rate it" link beside it.
As for karma, only a moderator may adjust karma. It is detailed within the web board guidelines link I posted for you earlier.
