If you mean the actual sprites.
Create a new res-edit file (it doesn't matter what you name it) then copy the RLE* sprites that you want form nova to your new res-edit file.
Then you need to download (if you haven't already) (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/cgi-bin/vftp/dl-redirect.pl/EnRLEDeRLE.sit?path=evn/utilities&file;=EnRLEDeRLE.sit")EnRLEDeRLE(/url) then export the sprites form your res-edit file with DeRLE.
