They are all run by EVula. They are divisions of his Escape Velocity web empire...evula.com is the main site with content, evula.net is for affiliate sites, and evula.org is for members to host their own sites, as far as I know.

Probably for simplicity, one thing may be for developing, or it may be an faq database. It makes it simple because you don't have to think of other names. Like Mongoose.net, Mongoosedeveloperscorner.net.

(url="http://"http://www.evula.org/")evula.org(/url) provides free webhosting for just about any other type of site. It is currently closed to new applications, though; I hope to have that fixed at some point in the near future.
(url="http://"http://www.ev-nova.net/")ev-nova.net,(/url) even though you didn't mention it, is the Nova-oriented site (gee, go figure) that hosts many different resources to the Nova community, such as the (url="http://"http://www.ev-nova.net/faq/")FAQ(/url) and (url="http://"http://www.ev-nova.net/walkthrough/")Walkthroughs,(/url) both by Slagblah, and is home to (url="http://"http://w00tware.ev-nova.net/")w00tware,(/url) developers of NovaTools.
Also, it's "EVula" or "evula", not "Evula."
