Possible Update of the Non-Technical EVN Bible

For those of you who've never heard of it before,

A lot of you I don't remember seeing here during the two discussions that I compiled it from, so if you have anything to say or contribute I'd love to hear it.

The Non-Technical EVN bible is basically a guide compiled from (currently) 29 plug-in developers to making better plug-ins. It is strictly advice, and basically a set of production values. The more people contribute to it, the better it is, so I'm welcoming anything anyone has to say. If I get anything new here, I'll update the guide.
