Spin resource too small

I made a ship form one of ewan's graphics, did all the neccesary files, blah blah blah blah....
Then I launch Nova. Goes to the end of the loading bar then says:
Error loading spďn resource from PICT
ID: 411(My ship ID)
Code:PICT too small

Then another error:
Assertion failure:Nova will now quit
Occured here:
Sprite.c 1538 N/A

Sorry. Trouble is I did make a spin but then realised it wasn't neccesary so I deleted it.

Yah I got the same error once.
Just do everything over again (the ship spďns), and it'll work just fine

Well, seeing as you're supposed to be part of it....
Things are going very slowly, mainly because a lack of UPDATES! So I don't know what people are doing.I've been concentating on getting info on the web. I'm not happy with the design and will be starting my own one man operation, "FirstImpressions' that will concentarate on small ships and the likes.
