I was given an evula.net account many months ago, well before I became a moderator.
It has been updated since my last plug-in came out, and I have info that is waiting to be put into it still. It is by no means finished.

Time.
Having time to keep a browser open to the internet for long periods of time, most of which are idle while I work on other things, is much different than having the time to devote to updating the compendium.
