And Why cant you buy some items like seashells or forest mushrooms. Or why don't they reappear in the same places over time.

Errrr.... whats your dexterity like? You haven't been using the bow of patience now have you? If you have, you have no dexterity, congratualations (GET A NEW WEAPON) . Because that was how PoG was made. I think you can by mushrooms (if you are a ranger) from the herbalist Gewin (if you don't know where he is, use the walkthrough, (url="http://"http://stark.evula.net")http://stark.evula.net(/url) to find him).
Also by wondering around the square right above Fantrima and the 2 above that, eventually, a you will get a dialog that tells you that you hear whistling or something. There is a merchant on the path that sells seashells.
