It is made for EV pilot file (mpil). It takes the pilot file and decrypts it. If you have an offset map, you can edit the file. Then you encrypt the file with the same program.
You can make this application work with EVO pilot files by changing all instances of mpil to opil.
Making it work with npil files is a bit trickier (you need a new key in addition to changing mpil to opil).
