ResEdit Problem

I made a plug for EVC in using resedit, and looked at other plugs to figure out how to import sprites. I figured the above problem out, but they didn't import at the proper size (pixel wise).
so, any help on this subject

All EVC sprites and masks must be a multiple of eight in pixel size. Anything else is taboo.
