Or are you talking about your map picture? I e-mailed you about the picture you sent that I couldn't open, nor could a friend of mine who uses OS X.

Hi, he got the pic, and I'm the OS X buddy who tried to decipher it for him. I dunno what format that thing was, but it wasn't viewable on a PC or Mac. If you are running on a mac, I would like to suggest Snapz for screenshots, available here

If graphic converter couldn't open it, nothing can. A default OS X screenshots is a PDF, i believe. The OS 9 was a JPEG(maybe, not sure). I don't know what a PC is for sure, but I would guess PICT. It was probably corrupted. Don't know what you can do, besides taking a new pic.
