Well it took a while because your Spells Expander got me liking the conjurer role too much, but the Spider Potion is a level 1 skill requiring Holy Dark Seeds and Rotten Apple Seeds to concoct. It give a temporary +3 to speed to the character I was using, replaces weapon with Spider Claws (damage 4 to 8 + strength allotment) and removes shield. The book for learning the skill is only available from the herbalist north of Fantrima; Master Norgha does not sell it (which is perhaps why I didn't have it 'cause I was doing all my business in the village). There you have it, better late than never.

Posted to bring the delayed edit to attention. Spider Potion may some day make it into the Walkthrough but with plug-ins in development, I won't hold breath.
