just wanted to say I don't have any programs for makeing plugs, ships ECT. ect.

Which EV are you trying to make a ship for? You need to tell us before we can tell you what programs to use.

EV Nova.
Okay, you'll need NovaTools, available (url="http://"http://homepage.mac.com/dr_ralph/")here(/url), and some sort of graphics program to make the graphics. Some of the NovaTools help convert graphics to sprites/shäns that Nova uses.
You'll also need some guides to help you get started, and a copy of the Nova Bible, all available (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/cgi-bin/vftp/show.pl?product=evn&category;=guides&display;=date&page;=1")here(/url).
