Unfortunately, no. The Four Mages plugin by Cafalll will change that, however.

Past the fourth level? Of course! Just keep levelling up. When you reach the 21th level, however, you won't get any new spells (and Tanis is correct, my plug-inand Stark'swill add Conjurer spells to PoG.)

I think that he meant the fourth level of spells in the spellbook, not the fourth level of experience.

It is correct that Trinity only adds up to the 4th circle of spells which I believe you finish learning by around 16th level or so.
I can't speak for Cafall, but the plug-in that I am nearing completion on adds spells to the circles from level 1(attainable right away) to level 6(level 20 experience needed). You will not be able to choose to learn these spells by levelling up. Instead you will need to purchase or find the tomes that contain the spells, and if you are of a level high enough to understand or learn the spell then it will be recorded in your spell book.

Ah... my mistake. My spells will be learned much the same as Stark's. I could add them to the Book of Conjuration, but it simply becomes too hard to level up for that to be practical.

By find, do you mean that you will be making quests which reward you with spell tomes upon completion, or that you are hiding them in caves, crypts, or maps that you have created?

As of right now, yes. He may decide to do something "funky" and require starting a brand new character, but I do not think this is in the works.
