Are there any other options except for res-edit? In case you didn't read my privious one, I'm asking for how to make plugs. and for whoever helped me then, I' m unregistered so I can't post a new topic on the developers corner.

But to answer your question, there are 2 ways to make EVN plugs that I know of:
1. Res-Edit with NovaTools (suggested)
2. Res-Edit with TMPL's
